				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>How to Complete Customs Clearance on Behalf of Cnee ?</strong></p>
<p>To complete customs clearance on behalf of cnee we need their power of attorney issued at Turkish Notary.<br />
This Power Of Attorney allows us to act on behalf of cnee at all Turkish Customs for Import &amp; Export shipments.<br />
Any Freight Forwarder ,Customs Broker or other organization can’t start Customs Clearance if they don’t have this Power of Attorney.</p>
<p><strong>Freetime for Customs Clearance of Import Cargoes ?</strong></p>
<p>Freetime to start customs clearance of Import cargoes is 45 days from the day of arrival as per Turkish Customs Regulations. Importers or their Authorized brokers<br />
can apply for 30 days additional freetime by paying necessary penalty charges which changes according to value of goods. To apply additional freetime the cnee must first<br />
apply forwarder/ carrier to get a copy of the delivery order which will be issued only to apply for additional freetime , not clearance of goods.<br />
If any cargo customs clearance has not started within first 45 days or additional time is not applied then customs announce the goods on the auction list . When goods are announced on auction list cnee &amp; shipper have no more right on the goods.</p>
<p><strong>Estimated Free Time of Arrival</strong></p>
<p>Estimated Time of Arrival shortly named ETA is given without any guarantee .There are many factors which are out of carriers control such as Weather Conditions or Port Conditions.Beside these factors carriers operational and commercial reasons may change the transit time and arrival dates. This must be very well known by all clients and we always warn our clients not to start any arrangement until they get our arrival notice. We send our arrival notices when we get carriers arrival notices and this confirms vessels arrival to port. We clearly declare to all clients that ETA may change and we have no responsibility for this change.</p>

<h4><strong>2) Ardiye Başlangıç &#8211; Bitiş Tarihi Nasıl Belirlenmektedir?</strong></h4>
<p>Ardiye hizmeti, gemi ile gelen dolu konteynerlerin terminale inme operasyonunun başladığı gün başlar, dolu konteynerin liman veya dış sahalardan çıktığı gün sona erer. Konteyner ardiye faturaları üzerinde “ardiye başlangıç” ve “ardiye bitiş” tarihleri bulunmaktadır.Ardiye tamamen Liman sorumluluğunda olup<br />

<p>Yük cinsi fark etmeksizin, liman gümrüklü sahasında ya da gümrüksüz dış sahada, yüke verilen her türlü aktarma, taşıma, indirme/ bindirme, serme, istife koyma/ istiften alma, transfer Vb. olmak üzere verilen tüm hizmetlerin genel adıdır.</p>
<h4><strong>4) CFS – Container Freight Station (Konteyner Yük İstasyonu) Nedir?</strong></h4>
<p>Konteyner içindeki yükün boşaltıldığı veya doldurulduğu alanlara verilen addır.</p>
<h4><strong>5) Tehlikeli Eşya/Yük (IMDG) Nedir?</strong></h4>
<p>IMO (Uluslararası Deniz Örgütü) tarafından sınıflandırılmış yanıcı, patlayıcı, zehirleyici, çürütücü radyo aktif maddeleri kapsayan ve özel taşıma ve stoklama özelliklerine sahip olan eşyadır.</p>

The Seller’s only responsibility is to make the goods available at the Seller’s premises. The Buyer bears full costs and risks of moving the goods from there to destination.<br />

The Seller delivers the goods, cleared for export, to the carrier selected by the Buyer. The Seller loads the goods if the carrier pickup is at the Seller’s premises. From that point, the Buyer bears the costs and risks of moving the goods to destination.<br />
CPT – CARRIAGE PAID TO (… named place of destination)<br />
The Seller pays for moving the goods to destination. From the time the goods are transferred to the first carrier, the Buyer bears the risks of loss or damage.<br />
CIP – CARRIAGE AND INSURANCE PAID TO (… named place of destination)<br />
The Seller pays for moving the goods to destination. From the time the goods are transferred to the first carrier, the Buyer bears the risks of loss or damage. The Seller, however, purchases the cargo insurance.<br />
DAT – DELIVERED AT TERMINAL (… named terminal at port or place of destination)<br />
The Seller delivers when the goods, once unloaded from the arriving means of transport, are placed at the Buyer’s disposal at a named terminal at the named port or place of destination. “Terminal” includes any place, whether covered or not, such as a quay, warehouse, container yard or road, rail or air cargo terminal. The Seller bears all risks involved in bringing the goods to and unloading them at the terminal at the named port or place of destination.<br />
DAP – DELIVERED AT PLACE (… named place of destination)<br />
The Seller delivers when the goods are placed at the Buyer’s disposal on the arriving means of transport ready for unloading at the names place of destination. The Seller bears all risks involved in bringing the goods to the named place.<br />

The Seller delivers the goods on board the ship and clears the goods for export. From that point, the Buyer bears all costs and risks of loss or damage.<br />
CFR – COST AND FREIGHT (… named port of destination)<br />
The Seller clears the goods for export and pays the costs of moving the goods to destination. The Buyer bears all risks of loss or damage.<br />
CIF – COST INSURANCE AND FREIGHT (… named port of destination)<br />
The Seller clears the goods for export and pays the costs of moving the goods to the port of destination. The Buyer bears all risks of loss or damage. The Seller, however, purchases the cargo insurance.</p>
